Indulge yourself at the Salon of Self Care

A fundraising event.  An evening of information and exploration with delights for all of the senses!

InspireHealth and The Dailey Method are excited to present an evening designed just for you – the Salon of Self Care. This promises to be a great mom’s night out where you can grab a friend or two and share in an evening where you will learn about self-empowerment in health through learning about nutrition, exercise and stress reduction, while feasting on organic tapas! Learn how to incorporate simple ideas into your every day life that will help improve your health and that of your family.

Join in salon dialogues surrounding exercise, healthy nutrition and cancer prevention throughout the evening with a host of speakers including The Dailey Method Founder, Jill Dailey McIntosh and Dr Janice Wright of InspireHealth. Learn easy, new techniques for stress reduction, feast on a delicious, organic, tapas menu and enjoy good company.

And don’t forget your socks for the sock showdown – bring your fanciest and win a prize for the most unique!

This magical event will take place on Thursday, October 18th at the Dailey Method Studio – 3584 West 41st Ave, Dunbar Village, Vancouver, BC.

Events will commence at 6pm and wrap up at 9pm. Set some time aside for yourself and drop by between these times to enjoy this special evening.

Funds raised from this event will be donated to InspireHealth.
